townhouse is a skier's dream! It is located 10 to 30 minutes from five
major ski areas. You can reach Copper Mountain and Breckenridge in 10
minutes, Keystone in 20 minutes, Arapahoe Basin and Vail in 30 minutes.
Go out our front gate, take a walk across the meadow and end up at Lake
Dillon! You will see views of all the surrounding mountains in Summit
County. It's breathtaking! The bike trail is right there too!
Come relax and enjoy this wonderful getaway in both winter and summer.
It is perfect for a romantic stay or a family vacation. Sit by the fire
with a cup of hot chocolate and relax in our welcoming and warm home.
Our clubhouse is right next door with two large hot tubs, a large
indoor heated pool, racquetball and tennis courts (outdoor).
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main level which
offers an open floor plan to share great memories. In the master
bedroom there is a queen-size bed with private bath and a luxurious
jetted tub. The second bedroom has a double-size bed and bunk beds(two
twin beds)with its own bathroom. In addition to the two bedrooms, there
is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The washer and dryer
are conveniently located in the half bathroom next to the living room.
Park your car in the private, two-car, tandem garage.
Great shopping and restaurants are minutes away on Main Street in
Frisco, Colorado or just down the road in Breckenridge. The outlet mall
in Silverthorne/Dillon is just ten minutes away.
